Uptime Techsultants. will not be responsible for any loss of data or programs from my computer;
A nominal quote of $75.00 per item is applicable if I do not proceed with the repair work;
Emergency Onsite Service within 4 hours from the time Uptime is Techsultants is contacted is available for $425.00 for the first two hours
Manufacturer's warranty only covers hardware faults. Time spent on fault diagnosis is chargeable at $75.00 per hour, if the problem is found to be software or end-user related problems.
