Unlike many computer consultants, to make the most of your money and visit to your home or office, it is highly recommended you develop a list of things you would like addressed with your computer(s).

Business Rates

After hours support is available for an additional fee.
Phone Consultation and Terminal Services Consultation is available depending on your network infrastructure

Residential Rates

New Remote Support assistance via our Remote Support link located on the left: $100.00 per connection incident, thus saving time and a trip charge fee. Subject to availability.

We don't charge for best effort 5-10 minute support as we value you as our customer. We will gladly spend a few moments on the phone to give you basic suggestions to a solution.

Currently there is a $25.00 trip fee for residential and commercial customers.

Emergency Onsite Service within 4 hours from the time Uptime is Techsultants is contacted is available for $425.00 for the first two hours

*Hourly rates break down to 30 minute increments after the first hour charge. If we are onsite for 2 1/4 hours you will be charged 2 1/2 hours. If we are onsite 20 minutes you will be charge the minimum one hour fee.

Please don't hesitate to specify your expectations on the phone so we can better assist you with an acceptable response time. Typically if we don't offer a service listed above we can refer or locate you a business that can provide you a solution to fit your needs.

There will be a two hour minimum per onsite technician, effective: March 1st, 2008
